CONTEXT

Onyx has been reveredsince pre-Hispanic times, used in ceremonial masks, decorative elements, and architectural details.

PROCESS

Each block is cut into slabs, carved and bench grinded into the desired shape. The surface is then honed or polished to enhance its natural glow.
